SOLENOID-DRIVEN DOSING PUMPS
The 6 series and over 60 models of EMEC solenoid-driven dosing pumps are able to meet any dosing requirement and can be implemented in numerous sectors, in combination with control systems and accessories.
The models vary by type of venting, ability to work with liquids of varying viscosities, LCD display, dosing system, materials, control parameters, inputs or types of function available. Each has versions with different flow rate (l/h) and working pressure (bar). The different models of the WDPHxx series, for use in swimming pools and equipped with an integrated controller, correspond to various dosing parameters to be combined with the pH reading, while the R series pumps, ideal for use in systems such as car washes, as well as the AMS AC and T AC models, differ in their compressed air supply. Reliability and precision are guaranteed by the use of microprocessor technology, double ball valves and hydraulic parts in PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride). MF type solenoid-driven pumps provide an even higher level of control.
The solenoid-driven dosing pumps are also customisable, with a choice of colours in addition to those offered as standard. The logo and graphics on the polycarbonate front of each pump can be customised to suit the customer.
EMEC solenoid-driven dosing pumps come with an exclusive 5-year warranty on the PVDF diaphragm.
AMS SERIES
The AMS series of horizontally mounted solenoid-driven pumps are robust and versatile. The series includes an MF version with multifunctional software, LPV versions for viscous liquids and P versions for very viscous liquids, and an AC version for compressed air. Also available with self venting.

WDPHxx SERIES
The WDPHxx system, which integrates a controller with proportional dosing pumps, is the solution for specific needs such as those in the swimming pool sector. It features an LCD display, encoder knob, PVDF pump body and hydraulic parts, stand-by, flow control input, delayed dosing start, pH dosing priority setting, service menu with instantaneous probe value, probe check-up and alarms. The RS485 output allows remote management via web using the exclusive ERMES system.

R SERIES
R series dosing pumps are designed for car washing. They require lubricant-free compressed air and condensate water; the supply air pressure must be between 6 and 8 bar. Equipped with pneumatic flow rate control, they can be installed horizontally (via bracket) or on walls (DIN rail).
