CONTROLLERS
EMEC controllers offer a solution to a wide variety of measurement and control needs in chemical dosing processes.
Our controllers allow accurate, continuous management of dosing processes, as well as alarm management and recording and archiving of readings (with the possibility of exporting via USB). Parameters such as pH, redox (oxidation-reduction), chlorine, bromine, fluorine, chlorine dioxide, hydrogen peroxide, ozone, peracetic acid, turbidity, conductivity, dissolved oxygen or temperature can be measured and adjusted.
Some control systems are already designed for certain purposes, such as the CENTURIO TOWER series controllers designed for cooling towers or the CENTURIO POOL designed for swimming pool management.
Remote management
What sets the most advanced controllers apart is the possibility of connecting (via Ethernet, 3G/4G or WI-FI depending on the configuration) to the online remote management system ERMES, which allows different controllers located in different places to be monitored and adjusted remotely.
With the MODBUS serial communication protocol, on the other hand, it is possible to connect EMEC control controllers with other devices (PLCs) connected to the same network via the RS485 interface.

CENTURIO controllers feature multi-parameter digital control systems capable of meeting all chemical dosing management needs thanks to their simple interface and high-performance hardware and software.
CENTURIO PRO is the uncompromising, complete and versatile solution, equipped with all the main reading parameters and all the most important functions for managing dosing systems.
CENTURIO POOL is designed to manage pool systems and allows you to control the shock chlorination and dechlorination cycle, water level and temperature, filtration pump, algaecide pump, flocculant pumps, pool lights and water features. It can work with pH priority and has a wide choice of setpoints for each channel, as well as allowing the setting of numerous customisable timers to offer the most suitable management for each pool.
CENTURIO TOWER is the specific solution designed for the management of cooling tower installations, with specially designed features for the measurement of inhibitors and corrosion, salt deconcentration of towers by measuring conductivity and control of purge and make-up water. Numerous options are available for dosing biocides, inhibitors and dispersants and for controlling the concentration factor.

LD SERIES
The MULTI-CHANNEL LD controllers are a series of multiple channel control systems capable of meeting a wide range of requirements. They guarantee integral control of the water to be treated and ensure optimised dosing of chemicals, allowing adjustment of the pH and a second parameter, depending on the model.
The MULTI-CHANNEL LD controllers are a series of multiple channel control systems capable of meeting a wide range of requirements. LDS controllers are a series of single-channel control systems. They have flow control input, remote control with ERMES, permanent data storage (without battery) with system log, PT100 temperature probe, stand-by input, alarms, programming of delayed dosing start, automatic temperature compensation, probe diagnostics menu (LDSCDIND), probe value display, dosing systems (on/off, pulse proportional, PWM proportional and fixed PWM), automatic or manual dosing and mA current output (optional).
LDS PLUS controllers are individual control systems with PID-controlled setpoints. They have flow control input, remote control with ERMES, permanent data storage (without battery) with system log, PT100 temperature probe, Stand-by input, pulse emitting meter input, alarms, programming of delayed dosing start, automatic temperature compensation, probe value display, dosing systems, automatic or manual dosing, mA current output (optional), current water meter input (optional), probe cleaning and 5 relays.
The LDLOG controller is a system for recording chemical consumption. The data is stored on a USB device and protected from unauthorised access. LDLOG collects data from up to three water meters and three flow sensors connected to dosing pumps to record chemical consumption and the amount of water treated and displays daily, monthly and annual data. The log files show the quantities dosed previously and the past water flow.
The LDLOG mA controller is a system for recording chemical consumption. The data is stored on a USB device and protected from unauthorised access. LDLOG mA displays the daily, monthly and yearly dosed quantity and the amount of product remaining in the tanks (up to a maximum of four). It has an end of product alarm.
LDOSIN PLUS is a digital microprocessor controller for water treatment using the reverse osmosis process, with conductivity and temperature readout. The main working modes are: no level with continuous production, single level, double level with hysteresis and manual production based on the set quantity. Input meter and output meter.
MTOWER
The MTOWER PLUS controllers form a complete system for dosing control in cooling towers. They can manage up to three channels simultaneously for the control of: pH or Redox, chlorine, conductivity or conductivity with inductive probe (to be specified in the order) and temperature. Probes are not included. They can be managed remotely via the exclusive ERMES web control system.
MTOWER 2 CHANNELS are complete dosing control systems for cooling towers. They manage two channels simultaneously to control two of the following parameters: pH, Redox, chlorine, tracer, conductivity or conductivity with inductive probe (to be specified in the order) and temperature. Probes are not included. They can be managed remotely via the exclusive ERMES web control system.
TOWER 1 CHANNEL is a complete system for dosing control in cooling towers. Controls one of the following parameters: conductivity, conductivity with inductive probe (to be specified in the order) or temperature. Probes are not included. It can be managed remotely via the exclusive ERMES web control system.
J SERIES
JA PRO controllers are built-in single control systems (96×96) with temperature readout. The main operating modes are On/Off, impulsive proportional and PID. It is equipped with a mA module and a MODBUS module for serial communication to connect to other devices on RS485 and MODBUS TCP/IP networks. It is equipped with: 2 setpoints (on/off, proportional), flow alarm, remote control for flow sensor, current output (with galvanic release) 0-20 mA or 4-20 mA proportional to the read value and programmable in the minimum and maximum reading values, alarm output.
J DIGITAL are built-in single control systems (96×48) able to adapt to multiple requirements. They are equipped with: 2 setpoints (on/off, proportional), flow alarm, remote control for flow sensor, current output (with galvanic release) 0-20 mA or 4-20 mA proportional to the read value and programmable in the minimum and maximum reading values and temperature compensation with NTC sensor (J DIGITAL PH and J DIGITAL CD).
